Asmita’s Cakes and Bakes Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At Asmita’s Cakes and Bakes, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality baked goods and excellent customer service. However, we understand that there may be occasions when a refund is necessary. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be provided.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so af least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time to be eligible for a full refund.
Quality Issues: If there is an issue with the quality of the product (e.g.. wrong flavor, incorrect design, damaged cake), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may request photo evidence to process your refund or replacement.
Non-Delivery: If your order is not delivered on the scheduled date and time due to an error on our part, you are eligible for a full refund.

3. Non-Eligibility for Refunds

Custom Orders: Refunds are not available for custom orders that have been personalized according to your specific requirements, unless there is a quality issue as specified above! Late Cancellations: Orders cancelled less than +8 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time are not eligible for a refund.
Change of Mind: Refunds will not be provided for orders where the customer has simply changed their mind after the product has been delivered or picked up.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at +91-8559949936/7597600756 within the specified time frames.
Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request.

If applicable, include photos of the product in question.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
